We loved the vintage ambiance of the hotel, with its high ceilings and beautiful staircase. The staff was also extremely helpful, assisting us with unusual laundry requests and providing a shuttle to the bus terminal. The location was perfect, being very close to most of the tourist spots in this city, particularly Max's Restaurant on Calle Crisologo. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good mix of local food and bread with a variety of eggs to choose from.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, being situated near most of the tourist spots and shops. Down the street, there is a plaza that provides a great spot to just relax and enjoy the scenery. the hotel rooms are well-designed with elegant mahogany furniture and comfortable modern bathrooms, which makes for a cozy stay.
The hotel's breakfast buffet is inadequate and does not have many options, which may be disappointing for those who want to start their day off with a fulfilling meal.

During our Christmas stay, we had a wonderful experience at this heritage hotel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. We loved the elegant art pieces on the walls, which gave the hotel an old-world charm.
The room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been a nice addition during the hot weather. Additionally, the lack of an elevator made it slightly difficult to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. But overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would definitely consider staying here again.
